How are you reacting to the Coronavirus situation?
I hope you are weathering it, and feeling well and safe!
Align with that… Now!
But it’s likely that you may occasionally be freaking out.
I sure do – a few times a day! And then, as soon as I become aware that I’m freaking out, I remember… hey, I can change that… Now. I can always get back to Center, fairly quickly. (I hope you are doing that too.)
We’ve got so many triggers that can panic us. Here are two of my personal triggers:
– My husband silently reading the news and his face goes grim.
– A sudden sense of heavy energy in my gut and head – yeehaw, I’ve just started to resonate with someone, somewhere in the world, empathically or morphically! Darn it, I thought I had that handled!
And no matter how you react…
There’s usually someone who wants to make you feel bad about it:
- You’re freaking out? That’s baaaad. You’re attracting more negativity. Stop being so negative, just be lighter! Your point of view sucks, and you’re doing it all wrong!
- You’re NOT freaking out? That’s baaaaad! You’re not taking it seriously! Think of everything that could go wrong! Your point of view sucks, and you’re doing it all wrong!
So what to do?
